I cook as a daily ritual
Cooking is everything to me—my daily ritual, my creative outlet, and my way of bringing joy to others. It’s where I find peace, and I bring that intention to every course I serve.
I built my craft through life, training, and mentorship
I learned to cook in my childhood home alongside my late father, and I’ve continued to sharpen my skills through years of professional work and travel. More recently, I credit my mentor, Chef Shane Oporto, for refining my technique and shaping how I think about food.
I lead with story and purpose
My philosophy is simple: I draw from a deep well of knowledge, I stay curious about food in all its forms, and I use flavor and technique to tell a story. When I design a menu, I want it to feel personal, intentional, and memorable.
